Set within a historic estate and surrounded by lush greenery, the house offers 135 m² of living space that blends traditional charm with modern comfort and features several inviting outdoor areas.

The vintner’s house is ideal for couples seeking generous space and privacy. With a sofa bed on the ground-floor living area, the house can comfortably accommodate up to three guests.

We welcome children aged 12 and over.

The Living Space

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen forms the heart of the house, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces. Multiple seating and dining areas around the property, along with a barbecue, invite guests to linger and unwind. On cooler evenings, a cozy gas fireplace creates pleasant warmth and an inviting atmosphere.

The bedroom and the modern, open-plan bathroom are airconditioned and offer the highest level of comfort, featuring an extra-large bed, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in rain shower, as well as a separate toilet and bidet.

On the ground-floor living area, there is a guest bathroom with a Japanese-style bidet toilet, as well as a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate a third guest.

The house offers free Wi-Fi via Starlink. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker to listen to their favourite music.

Outdoor Area

On the spacious terrace of the vintner’s house, a dining table, parasol, and a comfortable seating area invite you to relax while enjoying views of the vineyards and the garden. In the atrium, a covered dining area with a barbecue provides the perfect setting for social gatherings in complete privacy.

The vintner’s house is located directly on the Maare-Moselle Cycle Path and just minutes away from the magnificent Schloss Lieser. Bernkastel-Kues, with its historic old town and the Landshut Castle towering above the Moselle Valley, is only 7 km away.

The Moselle region also offers countless beautiful and varied hiking trails, such as the Moselsteig, which winds through a unique cultural landscape of vineyards, castles, forests, and sweeping river bends.
